This post-doctoral position, opened at the IBMM, Montpellier, it is dedicated to the development of new constrained amino acids based on the cyclopropane amino acid (ACC) characteristic, in order to study the impact on conformational properties and lipophilicity when they are incorporated into peptides.

A post-doctoral position is opened at the LBM, Paris to work on the development of metallocene-based fluorescent probes to monitor local variation in the redox cellular state for instance in the context of
oxidative stress that is involved in various pathologies.

2024-2025 Post-doctoral fellowship, 12 months, IBMM (Montpellier)

A post-doctoral fellowship is available at the IBMM, Montpellier to work on the design and the synthesis relevant chemical affinity and post-clickable affinity probes to target ANS receptors. These chemical tools will then used to visualise the protein of interest by fluorescence labelling and to identify primary and secondary targets of the ligands using proteomic approaches.

A post-doctoral fellowship is available at the ICN, Nice to develop novel RNA ligands with target RNA degradation or covalent modification properties. The use of a RIBOTAC strategy (by analogy with PROTACs) or the introduction of chemical motifs capable of covalently binding the RNA
target is envisaged.
